A Power Point presentation that reveals how the Putnam County Sheriff’s Department is hiding leads that come in and attempting to alter statements. A sighting of HaLeigh occurred the day she vanished and the lead was kept hidden, even from the FDLE investigator. The witness was able to identify at least one party in a photo as one of the people she saw.

@TheTemplar1118 for all we know her birth mother could have kiled haighleigh out of jelousy of misty and donald and i think that donald knows about it..i think donald also may have not paid drug debts and sold his daughter. for drugs because when he is crying on camera it looks totally fake like hes forcing the tears….someone needs to ask her lil brother if he saw anyone that night.
HaLeigh died the night she disappeared. Misty failed every lie detector question in concern to the incident.
I doubt any of this shit is true, but it would definately explain why the step-mom got 25 years, and the dad got 15 years in prison for doing nothing more than just hook-up an undercover agent. They didn’t even go after the people who actually sold the drugs. Why not, I thought that the coppers were after the big guys, not the dope head middle men. It is fucking disgusting how someone can get 25 years just for hooking a pig up with a few pills.
Why is this starting to sound like somekind of JFK conspiracy model? I don’t get it, the ONLY reason I would think Crystal would be involved in HaLeigh’s disappearance is to wash away her $11,000 in back child support payments is owes. Misty may have a point?!
OK on another video posted on here a lady said Haleigh showed signs of sexual abuse. Is it possible that someone got Haleigh and gave her to someone else because they knew someone could have been hurting her? Maybe Haleigh is in a good, loving place where she is safe and taken care of. From what Gary Bowling says it sounds like he may know something. This case raises allot of eyebrows. Something is not right here.
Great video…..So much more could have been done in this case from the very beginning. I know there are good people out there praying for the best and bracing for the worst. Not knowing has to be the hardest part!!

I ended up watching the entire conspiracy theroy on this subject via this station ‘floodofnoah’ it’s interesting to say the least. I don’t think ANYTHING should be overlooked at this point. I believe from watching the videos, this person has relationship with the bounty hunter for sure.. there are many players in this sick game but ONE VICTIM.. Hey Philips Your right all of these people are creatures and it is obvious that some thing rotten is in the works and its needs to be taken care of now not a week from now . This is very disturbing to me and there is to many issues to not check into these people . The p[olice have never had any controll over this case .

Pay phone, phone @ Tiger Express… 2002, working as School Nurse, I recognized a missing child via internet photo. I told NO ONE. Called FBI, they were there the next morning and the child was returned home. The only reason they waited until the next day.. child was @ school everyday.
